Terms of service
1. Eligibility
1.1. You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age to use the Services.
1.2. You must maintain an active automobile insurance policy with comprehensive and/or collision coverage.
1.3. The Services are only available for covered losses where your insurer has approved a repair claim and you have selected a repair facility that is acceptable to both your insurer and Zeroed Out.
2. Scope of Services
2.1. Zeroed Out agrees to pay, on your behalf, the automobile insurance deductible amount owed to a repair facility, up to the maximum coverage limit specified in your membership plan.
2.2. Payment will be made directly to the repair facility following confirmation of a valid, insurer-approved claim and repair.
2.3. The Services apply solely to repairs performed in connection with an insurance claim. The Services do not apply to routine maintenance, elective repairs, or any work not covered by your insurance provider.
3. Exclusions and Limitations
3.1. The Services do not cover:

Claims that are denied, excluded, or otherwise not paid by your insurer;

Repairs made outside of or unrelated to an insurance claim;

Deductible amounts that exceed the maximum coverage specified in your plan;

Staged, fraudulent, or intentionally caused losses;

Repairs performed at non-approved facilities;
-
Any taxes, fees, surcharges, or additional costs not expressly included in the deductible amount.
3.2. Zeroed Out reserves the right to decline payment in cases of suspected fraud, misrepresentation, or abuse of the Services.
4. Membership, Fees, and Payment
4.1. Access to the Services require payment of a membership fee, subscription fee, or per-claim service fee, as disclosed at the time of enrollment.
4.2. All fees are due as stated in your membership agreement. Unless otherwise required by applicable law, all fees are non-refundable.
4.3. Zeroed Out may modify its fee structure from time to time with reasonable advance notice to Members.
5. Member Responsibilities
5.1. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when enrolling in the Services and when submitting a claim.
5.2. You authorize Zeroed Out to communicate directly with your insurer and/or repair facility for purposes of verifying claim validity, repair costs, and deductible amounts.
5.3. You agree to promptly notify Zeroed Out of any insurance claim for which you seek deductible coverage.
6. Disclaimers
6.1. Zeroed Out is not an insurance company and does not underwrite, issue, or provide automobile insurance policies.
6.2. The Services are limited to deductible payment assistance as expressly described herein.
6.3. Zeroed Out makes no guarantees regarding the approval or outcome of any insurance claim. Your insurance policy and coverage remain your responsibility.
7. Limitation of Liability
7.1. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Zeroed Out shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to the Services.
7.2. Zeroed Out’s total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to the Services shall not exceed the amount of the deductible payment made by Zeroed Out on your behalf in connection with the applicable claim.
8. Termination
8.1. You may cancel your membership at any time by providing written notice to Zeroed Out at the contact information provided below.
8.2. Zeroed Out may suspend or terminate your membership and access to the Services immediately if you violate these Terms, provide false information, or engage in fraudulent activity.
8.3. Upon termination, you remain responsible for any outstanding fees or obligations incurred prior to termination.
9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
9.1. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
9.2. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Clark County, NV.
10. Amendments
Zeroed Out reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time in its sole discretion. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
